Have you ever thought how much easier it will be, if you just clean every time after you make a little spot on the oven or somewhere else. That could save you a lot of scrubbing, when it comes time for post tenancy cleaning performance. I mean, really, think about it. Every time, when something spills on the oven it will probably take you not more than a minute to wipe it off. But if you don't do it, it will dry up and and then, at the end you will have to put much more effort than simple wipe down.

And that rule goes out not only for the kitchen. It goes out for everything. When you are done with the daily bath-taking, you could easily wash the walls a little bit, so you could prevent the build up of scum in the joints and the really tiny cracks. Another areas of the house, that could be a trouble if not cleaned regularly are attics, all the shafts, that are leading the air from the kitchen, out. Another thing, considered nightmare when it comes time for cleaning are blinders. They really easily accumulate a lot of dust and their cleaning takes hell of a time. You have to take them down, first and wash them probably with the use of the shower handset. In other words not a pleasant job. But if you take your time and just wipe them with a rag daily you will prevent such level of filth accumulation.

If you are not able to keep the dirt level at minimum, at the end when the lease contract expires, and you got to clean up everything thoroughly, you either have to put a lot of effort in the whole process, or you have to purchase professional end of tenancy cleaning service.
