The "Clean up the Vomit" Thing - How to Deal with

I know it's not the most pleasant situation, but it seems that everyone have such experience. Let's face it – usually it's a very tough task to control the behaviour of all your guests when you're throwing a party with lots of friends and alcohol. The chances to avoid the moment when you clean up vomit are next to non-existent. You don't need to panic or to become a party pooper – just follow these easy steps.

If you ask someone from the cleaners Abbey Wood team which is the most frequently asked questions that they need to answer to, then how to clean up vomit will be in their top 3. So, here are some tips that should help you:
1.The first thing to do is to pick up as much of the vomit as possible with paper towels. If the trouble happened on some soft area make sure that you do not rub it into the surface. Use some sharp object or a spatula to scrape away any dried stains.
2.The next step is to throw away the paper towels. You can dispose of the vomit in the toilet bowl as well. However be careful the paper towels to not clog the toilet! Then you have to use some cleaning solution and a soft cloth to disinfect the affected area. For the purpose, you can also use a solution of 5 tablespoons bleach dissolved in 2-3 litres of water.
3.You have to put any stained rugs, carpets and clothes in the washing machine. Last but not least cleaners Abbey Wood advise to wash your hands a few times with some antibacterial soap.

Well, these are the 3 steps which will guide you through the whole “clean up vomit” thing. Now be cool and get the job done – clean and forget!
